One Run For Boston needed a website that could help them generate traction to unite over 1,000 runners for an epic 3,000 mile non-stop running relay across the USA.
Apart from being easy to use, the site needed to combine social features like a Facebook login and give a ‘live’ feel with regular news updates, a live map and live totaliser.
We provided a full web design, development and support service to make sure their relay stayed on track.
The event helped to act as one of many catalysts helping to bring together the North American running community in the wake of the horrific events surrounding the 2013 Boston Marathon. We're proud to have been involved in this epic challenge which helped to raise over $90,000 for the One Fund.
